제109조(재심사위원회 위원의 임기) 재심사위원회 위원의 임기에 관하여는 심사위원회 위원의 임기에 관한 제91조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "심사위원회"는 "재심사위원회"로 보고, "공단의 임직원"은 "공무원"으로 본다.

Regarding the term of office of members of the Reconsideration Committee, Article 91 concerning the term of office of members of the Examination Committee shall be applied mutatis mutandis. In this case, 'Examination Committee' shall be regarded as 'Reconsideration Committee', and 'officers and employees of the Corporation' shall be regarded as 'public officials'.
