보건복지부장관은 법 제4조제2항 본문에 따라 매 5년이 되는 해의 3월 31일까지 법 제101조에 따른 국민연금기금(이하 "기금"이라 한다)의 재정계산을 하고, 국민연금 재정 전망 및 연금보험료 조정 등을 포함한 국민연금 운영 전반에 관한 계획을 수립하여 국민연금심의위원회 및 국무회의의 심의를 거친 후 대통령의 승인을 받아 해당 연도 10월 31일까지 국회에 제출해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2021.6.29, 2025.6.25>
The Minister of Health and Welfare shall, by March 31 of the year that is every five years, conduct a financial calculation of the National Pension Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") as prescribed by Article 101 of the Act, and establish a plan concerning the overall operation of the National Pension, including the financial outlook of the National Pension and adjustment of pension insurance premiums. 보건복지부장관은 국민연금 재정 전망 등을 포함한 국민연금 운영 전반에 관한 계획을 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 등록한 일반일간신문 1개 이상 및 경제 분야 특수일간신문 1개 이상에 각각 공시하거나 관보, 인터넷 홈페이지 또는 방송 등을 통하여 공시해야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.27, 2010.3.15, 2020.11.24>
