제19조 당연적용사업장

법 제8조제1항에 따른 당연적용사업장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사업장으로 한다.
1. 1명 이상의 근로자를 사용하는 사업장
2. 주한 외국 기관으로서 1명 이상의 대한민국 국민인 근로자를 사용하는 사업장
A workplace subject to automatic application under Article 8 (1) of the Act shall be a workplace falling under any of the following subparagraphs. 1. A workplace employing one or more workers. 2. A foreign organization in Korea employing one or more Korean nationals as workers.
사업장 상호 간에 본점과 지점ㆍ대리점ㆍ출장소 등의 관계에 있고 그 사업 경영이 일체로 되어 있는 경우에는 이를 하나의 사업장으로 보아 제1항을 적용한다.
Where branches, agencies, liaison offices, etc. are related to head offices and their business management is integrated, such workplaces shall be considered as a single workplace and Article 1 shall apply.
