제37조(기본연금액 산정 관련 적용 기간) 법 제51조제1항제1호에 따라 산정한 금액 및 제36조에 따른 재평가율은 해당 연도 1월부터 12월까지의 기간 동안에 지급이 시작되는 급여를 지급받을 권리를 가지는 자에게 적용한다. <개정 2019.1.22>

① The amount calculated pursuant to Article 51(1) of the Act and the revaluation rate pursuant to Article 36 shall apply to those who are entitled to receive benefits commencing payment during the period from January to December of the relevant year. <Amended by Act No. 16248, Jan. 22, 2019>
