사업장가입자나 사업장임의계속가입자가 가입자 자격을 취득하여 연금보험료를 최초로 내거나 법 제91조에 따른 연금보험료의 납부 예외 기간이 끝나 연금보험료의 납부를 재개하는 경우의 기준소득월액은 다음 각 호에 따른 금액을 소득월액으로 하여 법 제24조에 따른 국민연금공단(이하 "공단"이라 한다)이 결정하되, 그 적용 기간은 자격을 취득한 날이나 납부를 재개한 날이 속하는 달부터 제7조제1항에 따라 정기 결정되는 기준소득월액을 적용하는 달의 전달까지로 한다.

1. 월이나 주 또는 그 밖에 일정 기간으로 소득이 정하여지는 경우 : 그 소득액을 그 기간의 총 일수로 나눈 금액의 30배에 해당하는 금액
2. 일ㆍ시간ㆍ생산량 또는 도급으로 소득이 정하여지는 경우 : 가입자의 자격을 취득한 날 또는 납부를 재개한 날이 속하는 달의 전 1개월 동안 해당 사업장에서 같은 업무에 종사하고 같은 소득이 있는 자가 받은 소득월액을 평균한 금액
3. 제1호와 제2호에 따라 소득월액을 산정하기 어려운 자의 경우 : 가입자의 자격을 취득한 날 또는 납부를 재개한 날이 속하는 달의 전 1개월 동안에 그 지방에서 같은 업무에 종사하고 같은 소득이 있는 자가 받은 소득월액을 평균한 금액

In the case where a workplace subscriber or a workplace voluntary continued subscriber acquires subscriber qualification and pays pension insurance premiums for the first time, or resumes payment of pension insurance premiums after the expiration of the exemption period for pension insurance premiums under Article 91 of the Act, the standard monthly income amount shall be determined by the National Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") under Article 24 of the Act, using the monthly income amount calculated according to the following subparagraphs, and the application period shall be from the month to which the date of acquiring qualification or resuming payment belongs, to the month preceding the month in which the standard monthly income amount is determined periodically under Article 7 (1). 1. In cases where income is determined by month, week, or any other fixed period: An amount equivalent to 30 times the amount obtained by dividing the income amount by the total number of days in the period. 2. In cases where income is determined by day, hour, production volume, or contract: An amount obtained by averaging the monthly income amounts received by individuals engaged in the same work and having the same income at the workplace during the one month preceding the month to which the date of acquiring subscriber qualification or resuming payment belongs. 3. In cases where it is difficult to calculate the monthly income amount according to subparagraphs 1 and 2: An amount obtained by averaging the monthly income amounts received by individuals engaged in the same work and having the same income in that region during the one month preceding the month to which the date of acquiring subscriber qualification or resuming payment belongs.

지역가입자나 지역임의계속가입자가 가입자 자격을 취득하여 연금보험료를 최초로 내거나 법 제91조에 따른 연금보험료의 납부 예외 기간이 끝나 연금보험료의 납부를 재개하는 경우의 기준소득월액은 가입자 자격 취득 시나 납부 재개 시 종사하는 업무에서 얻는 소득으로서 해당 가입자나 대리인이 신고한 소득을 소득월액으로 하여 공단이 결정한다. 이 경우 공단은 해당 가입자나 대리인이 소득 신고를 할 때에 참고가 될 수 있도록 종사 업종별 과세 자료, 종사 업종, 사업장 규모 및 농지 면적 등을 기초로 산정한 금액을 신고권장소득월액으로 제시하거나 미리 통지할 수 있다.

In the case where a regional subscriber or a regional voluntary continued subscriber acquires subscriber qualification and pays pension insurance premiums for the first time, or resumes payment of pension insurance premiums after the expiration of the exemption period for pension insurance premiums under Article 91 of the Act, the standard monthly income amount shall be determined by the Service using the income obtained from the work engaged in at the time of acquiring subscriber qualification or resuming payment, as reported by the subscriber or the agent. In this case, the Service may present or notify in advance a recommended income amount calculated based on factors such as taxation data by industry, type of work engaged in, size of the workplace, and farmland area, to serve as a reference when the subscriber or agent reports their income.
