제67조 압류 재산의 인도

건강보험공단은 제66조제1항에 따라 매각 대행을 의뢰할 때에는 건강보험공단이 점유하고 있거나 제3자에게 보관하도록 한 재산을 한국자산관리공사에 넘겨줄 수 있다. 다만, 제3자에게 보관하도록 한 재산의 인도는 그 제3자가 발행하는 재산의 보관증을 인도함으로써 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>
When the National Health Insurance Service requests consignment of sale pursuant to Article 66(1), it may transfer property in its possession or entrusted to a third party to the Korea Asset Management Corporation. However, the delivery of property entrusted to a third party may be substituted by the delivery of the property custody receipt issued by that third party. <Amended by 2010.8.17>
한국자산관리공사는 제1항에 따라 압류 재산을 넘겨받으면 인계인수서를 작성하여야 한다.
Upon receiving seized property pursuant to paragraph ①, the Korea Asset Management Corporation shall prepare a handover and takeover certificate.
