제68조 매각 대행의 해제 요구

한국자산관리공사는 매각 대행을 의뢰받은 날부터 2년이 지날 때까지 매각되지 아니한 재산이 있으면 건강보험공단에 그 재산에 대한 매각 대행 의뢰의 해제를 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2010.8.17>
Korea Asset Management Corporation may request the National Health Insurance Service to terminate the sales agency for property that has not been sold within two years from the date of receiving the sales agency request. <Amended by Act No. 10472, Aug. 17, 2010>
건강보험공단은 제1항에 따라 해제 요구를 받은 경우 특별한 사정이 없으면 요구에 따라야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The National Health Insurance Service shall comply with the request under paragraph ①, unless there are special circumstances. <Amended by Act No. 10472, Aug. 17, 2010>
