제69조 압류 해제의 통지

건강보험공단은 한국자산관리공사에 압류 재산의 매각을 대행하도록 한 후 매각 기일 전에 그 재산의 압류를 해제하는 경우에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 한국자산관리공사에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The National Health Insurance Service shall, when it has requested the Korea Asset Management Corporation to act as an agent for the sale of attached property and subsequently releases the attachment of such property before the sale date, notify the Korea Asset Management Corporation of such fact without delay. <Amended by Act No. 10471, Aug. 17, 2010>
제1항에 따라 통지를 받은 한국자산관리공사는 지체 없이 그 재산의 매각을 중지하고 그 사실을 건강보험공단에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2010.8.17>
The Korea Asset Management Corporation, upon receiving notice under paragraph ①, shall suspend the sale of the property without delay and notify the National Health Insurance Service of such fact. <Amended by Act No. 10471, Aug. 17, 2010>
