사업장가입자나 사업장임의계속가입자가 자격을 취득한 후 가입기간 중의 기준소득월액은 전년도 중 해당 사업장에서 종사한 기간에 받은 소득액을 그 기간의 총일수로 나눈 금액의 30배에 해당하는 금액을 소득월액으로 하여 매년 공단이 결정하되, 그 적용 기간은 해당 연도 7월부터 다음 연도 6월까지로 한다. 다만, 해당 사업장에서 종사한 기간이 1개월 미만이면 제6조제1항에 따라 기준소득월액을 결정한다. <개정 2009.2.25>

The standard monthly income during the coverage period after a workplace subscriber or a voluntary continuous workplace subscriber acquires eligibility shall be determined annually by the Corporation as an amount equivalent to 30 times the amount obtained by dividing the income earned during the previous year in that workplace by the total number of days in that period, and the application period shall be from July of the relevant year to June of the following year. However, if the period of employment at the workplace is less than one month, the standard monthly income shall be determined in accordance with Article 6 (1). 1. Deleted <2009.2.25> 2. 지역가입자나 지역임의계속가입자가 자격을 취득한 후 가입기간 중의 기준소득월액은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 방법으로 공단이 결정한다.
1. 소득의 변경이 없는 경우제6조제2항에 따른 자격 취득 시의 해당 가입자의 기준소득월액
2. 1회 이상 소득이 변경된 경우공단은 법 제122조에 따라 사업장 등에 대하여 조사ㆍ확인하여 종사 업종의 변경 등 소득의 변동 사유를 확인하였거나 과세 자료 등에 따라 가입자의 실제 소득이 기존의 기준소득월액과 다르다고 인정되면 해당 가입자에게 법 제21조에 따라 변경된 소득을 신고할 것을 통지하여 그 가입자나 대리인이 신고한 전년도의 제3조제2항에 따른 소득으로 기준소득월액을 결정하되, 그 결정을 한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 이를 적용한다. 이 경우 공단은 해당 가입자나 대리인이 소득 신고를 할 때에 참고가 될 수 있도록 전년도의 제3조제2항에 따른 소득의 범위에서 과세 자료, 종사 업종, 사업장 규모 및 농지 면적 등을 기초로 산정한 금액을 신고권장소득월액으로 통지할 수 있다.
The standard monthly income during the coverage period after a regional subscriber or a voluntary continuous regional subscriber acquires eligibility shall be determined by the Corporation using one of the following methods. 1. If there is no change in income: The subscriber's standard monthly income at the time of acquiring eligibility pursuant to Article 6 (2). 2. If income has changed one or more times: If the Corporation, in accordance with Article 122 of the Act, investigates and confirms changes in income such as changes in the type of business for workplaces, etc., or recognizes that the subscriber's actual income differs from the existing standard monthly income based on taxation data, etc., the Corporation shall notify the relevant subscriber to report the changed income in accordance with Article 21 of the Act, and determine the standard monthly income based on the income pursuant to Article 3 (2) of the previous year reported by the subscriber or their proxy; and this shall be applied from the month following the month in which the determination is made. In this case, the Corporation may notify the subscriber or proxy of a recommended monthly income, calculated based on taxation data, type of business, workplace size, and farmland area, etc., within the scope of income pursuant to Article 3 (2) of the previous year, to serve as a reference when reporting income.
지역가입자ㆍ지역임의계속가입자ㆍ사업장임의계속가입자 또는 그 대리인은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나(사업장임의계속가입자의 경우는 제2호만을 말한다)에 해당하면 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 기준소득월액의 변경을 신청할 수 있으며, 그 기준소득월액은 해당 가입자나 대리인이 신청한 소득으로 결정하되, 그 변경을 신청한 날이 속하는 다음 달부터 적용한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2010.7.1>
1. 종사 업종의 변경, 경영 실적의 변동 또는 사업 중단 등으로 소득이 증가되거나 감소된 경우
2. 가입자 본인이 기준소득월액을 실제 소득보다 높게 결정하여 줄 것을 희망하는 경우
A regional subscriber, a voluntary continuous regional subscriber, a voluntary continuous workplace subscriber, or their proxy may apply to the Corporation for a change in the standard monthly income in accordance with a decree of the Ministry of Health and Welfare if they fall under any of the following subparagraphs (in the case of a voluntary continuous workplace subscriber, only subparagraph 2 shall apply), and the standard monthly income shall be determined by the income applied for by the subscriber or proxy, and shall be applied from the month following the month in which the change was applied for. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2010.7.1> 1. When income has increased or decreased due to a change in the type of business, a change in business performance, or suspension of business. 2. When the subscriber themselves wishes for the standard monthly income to be determined higher than their actual income.
공단은 제2항에 따라 소득 신고를 하게 하는 경우 필요하다고 인정하면 이사회의 심의를 거쳐 신고 대상자의 범위, 소득 조사의 시기 및 방법 등을 포함한 연간 소득 확인 계획을 수립하여야 한다.
When the Corporation requires income reporting pursuant to paragraph (2), if deemed necessary, it shall establish an annual income confirmation plan, including the scope of individuals subject to reporting, and the timing and methods of income investigation, after deliberation by the Board of Directors.
