제70조의2(납부사실 증명 대상 계약) 법 제95조의2제1항 본문에서 "공사ㆍ제조ㆍ구매ㆍ용역 등 대통령령으로 정하는 계약"이란 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제2조, 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률」 제2조, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제39조제3항에 따른 물품의 공사ㆍ제조ㆍ구매 및 용역의 조달 등으로 대금을 지급받는 모든 계약을 말한다.

① The "contracts for construction, manufacturing, procurement, services, etc. as prescribed by Presidential Decree" referred to in the main sentence of Article 95-2 (1) of the Act shall mean all contracts under which payment is received for the procurement of goods, construction, manufacturing, procurement, and services pursuant to Article 2 of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, Article 2 of the Act on Contracts to Which Local Governments are Parties, and Article 39 (3) of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.
