제73조의5 지역가입자에 대한 연금보험료의 지원수준 및 지원방법 등

법 제100조의4제1항에 따른 연금보험료의 지원수준은 지역가입자가 부담하는 연금보험료의 범위에서 보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
The level of support for pension insurance premiums under Article 100-4 (1) of the Act shall be determined and publicly announced by the Minister of Health and Welfare within the scope of pension insurance premiums borne by regional insured persons.
법 제100조의4제1항에 따른 연금보험료의 지원을 받으려는 지역가입자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 연금보험료의 지원을 신청해야 한다.
Regional insured persons who wish to receive support for pension insurance premiums under Article 100-4 (1) of the Act shall apply for support for pension insurance premiums to the Corporation in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 공단은 법 제100조의4제1항에 따라 연금보험료를 지원하려는 경우에는 지역가입자에게 법 제88조제4항에 따라 지역가입자 본인이 부담하는 금액에서 법 제100조의4제1항에 따라 지원받을 금액을 뺀 해당 월의 연금보험료를 납부하도록 고지해야 한다.
Upon receiving an application under paragraph ②, if the Corporation intends to support pension insurance premiums under Article 100-4 (1) of the Act, it shall notify the regional insured person to pay the pension insurance premiums for the relevant month, which is the amount borne by the regional insured person himself/herself under Article 88 (4) of the Act minus the amount to be supported under Article 100-4 (1) of the Act.
공단은 지역가입자가 제3항에 따라 고지받은 연금보험료를 납부한 사실을 확인한 후 해당 월의 연금보험료를 지원한다.
The Corporation shall support the pension insurance premiums for the relevant month after confirming that the regional insured person has paid the pension insurance premiums notified under paragraph ③.
제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에서 정한 사항 외에 지역가입자에 대한 연금보험료의 지원에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the support of pension insurance premiums for regional insured persons, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① to ④, shall be determined by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
