건강보험공단은 제76조의2제3항에 따른 출연금이 연금보험료 등의 징수에 드는 비용보다 부족한 경우에는 보건복지부장관에게 추가 출연을 요청할 수 있다.
The National Health Insurance Service may request additional contributions from the Minister of Health and Welfare if the contributions under Article 76-2(3) are insufficient to cover the costs incurred in collecting pension insurance premiums, etc.
보건복지부장관은 건강보험공단이 제1항에 따라 요청한 금액을 검토하여 타당성이 인정되는 경우 추가 출연할 수 있다.
The Minister of Health and Welfare may make additional contributions if, after reviewing the amount requested by the National Health Insurance Service under paragraph ①, the request is deemed reasonable.
