운용위원회의 위원장은 법 제103조제5항에 따른 회의 외에 재적 위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있는 경우나 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 운용위원회의 회의를 소집할 수 있다.
The chairperson of the Management Committee may convene a meeting of the Management Committee in addition to the meetings pursuant to Article 103 (5) of the Act, if requested by one-third or more of the incumbent members or when the chairperson deems it necessary.
운용위원회에 간사 1명을 두되, 간사는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
One secretary shall be appointed to the Management Committee, and the secretary shall be designated by the chairperson from among public officials belonging to the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
운용위원회의 위원장은 운용위원회 활동을 보고서로 작성하여 매년 공개해야 한다. <개정 2020.1.29>

제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 운용위원회의 회의, 보고서의 작성ㆍ공개 등에 필요한 사항은 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다. <신설 2020.1.29>
Matters necessary for the meetings of the Management Committee, the preparation and disclosure of reports, etc., in addition to the matters prescribed in paragraphs ① through ③, shall be determined by the chairperson with the resolution of the Management Committee. <Newly Added 2020.1.29>
