Article 80-4 (Operation of the Specialized Committee)
제80조의4 전문위원회의 운영

전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.
The chairperson of the Specialized Committee shall convene and preside over meetings of the Specialized Committee.
전문위원회의 위원장은 매달 전문위원회의 회의를 소집한다.
The chairperson of the Specialized Committee shall convene meetings of the Specialized Committee every month.
전문위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Specialized Committee shall be opened by the attendance of a majority of the total members and decided by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 검토ㆍ심의 결과를 실무평가위원회와 운용위원회에 보고해야 한다.
The chairperson of the Specialized Committee shall report the results of the review and deliberation of the Specialized Committee to the Performance Evaluation Committee and the Operating Committee.
전문위원회의 회의에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 보수, 수당 및 여비 등을 지급할 수 있다.
Members attending meetings of the Specialized Committee may be paid remuneration, allowances, and travel expenses within the scope of the budget.
제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 운용위원회의 위원장이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the operation of the Specialized Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① to ⑤, shall be determined by the chairperson of the Operating Committee after deliberation by the Operating Committee.
