보건복지부장관은 다음 연도의 국민연금기금운용지침안(이하 "기금운용지침안"이라 한다)을 작성하여 4월 말일까지 운용위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>

The Minister of Health and Welfare shall prepare the guidelines for the operation of the National Pension Fund for the following year (hereinafter referred to as "Fund Operation Guidelines") and submit them to the Fund Management Committee by the end of April. <Amended by Act No. 8864, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 10145, Mar. 15, 2010>

운용위원회는 기금운용지침안을 5월 말일까지 심의ㆍ의결하여야 한다.

The Fund Management Committee shall deliberate and decide on the Fund Operation Guidelines by the end of May.
