제10조 임의가입자

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 외의 자로서 18세 이상 60세 미만인 자는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 국민연금공단에 가입을 신청하면 임의가입자가 될 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

Any person who is not among the persons falling under any of the following subparagraphs, and who is aged 18 or older but younger than 60, may become a voluntary insured by applying for insurance to the National Pension Service, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9376, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9972, Jan. 18, 2010> 1.
