Article 100-4 (Support for Pension Insurance Premiums for Regional Insured Persons)
제100조의4 지역가입자에 대한 연금보험료의 지원

국가는 국민인 지역가입자가 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 충족하는 경우에는 연금보험료 중 일부를 지원할 수 있다. 이 경우 지원기간은 12개월을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2025.4.2>
1. 삭제<2025.4.2>
2. 재산 및 「소득세법」 제4조제1항제1호에 따른 종합소득이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준 미만일 것
3. 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 미만의 소득을 얻을 것
4. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 연금보험료 지원을 받고 있지 아니할 것
- 가. 제19조의2제3항에 따른 연금보험료 지원
- 나. 법률 제8541호 국민연금법 전부개정법률 부칙 제7조에 따른 연금보험료 지원
- 다. 법률 제11143호 국민연금법 일부개정법률 부칙 제7조에 따른 연금보험료 지원
The State may support a portion of pension insurance premiums for regional insured persons who are nationals, provided that they meet all of the following requirements. In this case, the support period shall not exceed 12 months. <Amended on April 2, 2025> 1. Deleted <April 2, 2025> 2. Their property and comprehensive income as defined in Article 4(1)1 of the Income Tax Act shall be below the standard prescribed by Presidential Decree. 3. They shall earn income below the amount prescribed by Presidential Decree. 4. They shall not be receiving pension insurance premium support falling under any of the following subparagraphs: a. Pension insurance premium support under Article 19-2(3). b. Pension insurance premium support under Article 7 of the Addenda to the Act on the Partial Amendment of the National Pension Act, Act No. 8541. c. Pension insurance premium support under Article 7 of the Addenda to the Act on the Partial Amendment of the National Pension Act, Act No. 11143.
제1항에 따른 연금보험료의 지원수준, 지원방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the level of support, methods, and procedures for pension insurance premiums under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
