보건복지부장관은 연금보험료 등의 징수에 소요되는 비용을 제103조에 따른 국민연금기금운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 기금에서 건강보험공단에 출연할 수 있다. 이 경우 출연금의 규모, 기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
The Minister of Health and Welfare may, upon the resolution of the National Pension Fund Management Committee under Article 103, contribute from the fund to the National Health Insurance Service for expenses incurred in collecting pension insurance premiums, etc. In this case, the scale, standards, and other necessary matters concerning the contribution shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended on Jun. 7, 2011>
건강보험공단은 제1항에 따른 출연금에 대하여 결산상 잉여금이 있을 경우 제45조를 준용한다.
If there is any surplus in the settlement of accounts regarding the contributions under paragraph ①, the National Health Insurance Service shall apply Article 45 mutatis mutandis.
