Article 103-2 (Minutes of the Management Committee)
제103조의2 운용위원회의 회의록

위원장은 회의의 일시ㆍ장소ㆍ토의내용ㆍ의결사항 및 각 참석자의 발언내용이 전부 기록된 회의록(이하 "회의록"이라 한다)을 작성하여 보관하고, 회의록의 주요 내용을 요약하여 공개하여야 한다.
The Chairperson shall prepare and keep minutes (hereinafter referred to as "minutes") that fully record the date, time, place, discussion content, resolution, and remarks of each attendee of the meeting, and shall make public a summary of the main contents of the minutes.
위원장은 회의의 개최일부터 1년이 지난 후에 회의록을 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 기금운용 업무의 공정한 수행에 지장을 초래하거나 금융시장 안정에 영향을 미칠 우려가 있는 안건의 경우에는 운용위원회의 의결을 거쳐 회의의 개최일부터 4년이 지난 후에 해당 안건의 회의록을 공개하여야 한다.
The Chairperson shall make the minutes public after 1 year from the date of the meeting. Provided, that in the case of agenda items that would hinder the fair execution of the fund management business or are likely to affect the stability of the financial market, the minutes of the agenda item shall be made public after 4 years from the date of the meeting, subject to a resolution of the Management Committee.
제2항에도 불구하고 위원장은 국회 소관 상임위원회가 요구할 경우에는 회의록을 비공개로 제출하여야 한다.
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph ②, if the relevant standing committee of the National Assembly requests the minutes, the Chairperson shall submit the minutes without making them public.
