Article 11 (Time of Acquisition of Eligibility)
제11조 가입자 자격의 취득 시기

사업장가입자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 날에 그 자격을 취득한다.
1. 제8조제1항 본문에 따른 사업장에 고용된 때 또는 그 사업장의 사용자가 된 때
2. 당연적용사업장으로 된 때
An establishment subscriber shall acquire eligibility on the day he or she falls under any of the following subparagraphs. 1. On the day of being employed at a business as prescribed in the main sentence of Article 8 (1) or becoming an employer of such business 2. On the day it becomes a business subject to automatic application
지역가입자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 날에 그 자격을 취득한다. 제3호 또는 제4호의 경우 소득이 있게 된 때를 알 수 없는 경우에는 제21조제2항에 따른 신고를 한 날에 그 자격을 취득한다. <개정 2011.6.7>
1. 사업장가입자의 자격을 상실한 때
2. 제6조 단서에 따른 국민연금 가입 대상 제외자에 해당하지 아니하게 된 때
3. 제9조제1호에 따른 배우자가 별도의 소득이 있게 된 때
4. 18세 이상 27세 미만인 자가 소득이 있게 된 때
A regional subscriber shall acquire eligibility on the day he or she falls under any of the following subparagraphs. In cases of subparagraphs 3 or 4, if the day on which income arises is unknown, eligibility shall be acquired on the day of reporting as prescribed in Article 21 (2). <Amended on Jun. 7, 2011> 1. On the day of no longer falling under the category of persons excluded from the National Pension enrollment targets as prescribed in the proviso of Article 6 3. 임의가입자는 가입 신청이 수리된 날에 자격을 취득한다.
A voluntary subscriber shall acquire eligibility on the day the application for enrollment is accepted.
