Article 116 (Special Cases Concerning the Statute of Limitations for Lump-Sum Refund)
제116조 반환일시금의 소멸시효에 관한 특례

제115조에도 불구하고 제77조제1항제3호, 종전의 제67조제1항제1호(법률 제3902호 국민복지연금법개정법률에 따라 개정되어 법률 제5623호 국민연금법중개정법률에 따라 폐지된 규정을 말한다) 및 종전의 제67조제1항제4호(법률 제6027호 국민연금법중개정법률에 따라 개정된 규정을 말한다)에 따라 반환일시금의 수급권이 발생한 자가 제77조제1항제1호 또는 제2호에 해당하게 된 때에는 반환일시금을 지급받을 수 있다.
Notwithstanding Article 115, where a person whose right to receive a lump-sum refund has arisen under Article 77 (1) 3, former Article 67 (1) 1 (referring to the provision amended by the National Pension Act Amendment Act, Act No. 3902, which was abolished by the National Pension Act Amendment Act, Act No. 5623), and former Article 67 (1) 4 (referring to the provision amended by the National Pension Act Amendment Act, Act No. 6027) becomes eligible under Article 77 (1) 1 or 2, such person may receive the lump-sum refund.
제1항에 따라 반환일시금을 지급받을 권리에 관하여는 제115조제1항을 준용한다.
Article 115 (1) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the right to receive a lump-sum refund under paragraph (1).
