제119조(근로자의 권익 보호) 사용자는 근로자가 가입자로 되는 것을 방해하거나 부담금의 증가를 기피할 목적으로 정당한 사유 없이 근로자의 승급(昇級) 또는 임금 인상을 하지 아니하거나 해고(解雇)나 그 밖의 불리한 대우를 하여서는 아니 된다.

No employer shall, without justifiable grounds, refuse a worker's promotion (昇級) or wage increase, or dismiss (解雇) or otherwise treat the worker unfavorably for the purpose of preventing the worker from joining or avoiding an increase in contributions.
