제121조 수급권 변경 등에 관한 신고

수급권자 및 수급자는 수급권의 발생ㆍ변경ㆍ소멸ㆍ정지 및 급여액의 산정ㆍ지급 등에 관련된 사항을 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
Entitled persons and beneficiaries shall report matters related to the occurrence, change, extinction, suspension of entitlement, and calculation and payment of benefits, etc. to the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Amended by Act No. 14183, May 29, 2016>
수급권자 또는 수급자가 사망하면 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」 제85조에 따른 신고의무자는 사망사실을 안 날부터 1개월 이내에 그 사실을 공단에 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 사망사실을 안 날부터 1개월 이내에 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 사망신고를 한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.5.29>
If an entitled person or a beneficiary dies, the person obligated to report under Article 85 of the Act on Registration of Family Relationships, etc. shall report the fact of death to the Corporation within one month from the date of knowing the fact of death. However, this shall not apply if a death report is filed under the Act on Registration of Family Relationships, etc. within one month from the date of knowing the fact of death. <Amended by Act No. 14183, May 29, 2016>
