제131조 과태료

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 50만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <신설 2011.12.31>
1. 제21조제1항을 위반하여 신고를 하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 신고한 사용자
2. 제122조에 따라 공단 또는 공단의 직원이 서류나 그 밖의 자료 제출을 요구하거나 조사ㆍ질문을 할 때 이를 거부ㆍ기피ㆍ방해하거나 거짓으로 답변한 사용자
A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than 500,000 won. <Newly established on Dec. 31, 2011> 1. An employer who fails to report or makes a false report in violation of Article 21 (1). 2. An employer who refuses, evades, or obstructs the submission of documents or other data, or refuses to answer an inquiry, or gives a false answer when requested by the Corporation or an employee of the Corporation to submit documents or other data, or to conduct an investigation or inquiry under Article 122.
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 10만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2011.12.31>
1. 제21조제2항ㆍ제121조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 신고를 하지 아니한 자
2. 제23조제2항에 따른 통지를 하지 아니한 자
3. 제122조에 따라 공단 또는 공단의 직원이 서류나 그 밖의 소득ㆍ재산 등에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구하거나 조사ㆍ질문할 때 이를 거부ㆍ기피ㆍ방해하거나 거짓으로 답변한 가입자, 가입자였던 자 또는 수급권자
A person falling under any of the following subparagraphs shall be subject to an administrative fine of not more than 100,000 won. <Amended on Dec. 31, 2011> 1. A person who fails to make a report under Article 21 (2), Article 121 (1) or (2). 2. A person who fails to give notice under Article 23 (2). 3. A subscriber, a former subscriber, or a beneficiary who refuses, evades, or obstructs the submission of documents or other data regarding income and assets, or refuses to answer an inquiry, or gives a false answer when requested by the Corporation or an employee of the Corporation to submit documents or other data regarding income and assets, or to conduct an investigation or inquiry under Article 122.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 과태료는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관이 부과ㆍ징수한다. <신설 2011.12.31>
The administrative fines under paragraphs ① and ② shall be imposed and collected by the Minister of Health and Welfare as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Newly established on Dec. 31, 2011>
