국민연금공단은 가입자의 자격 취득ㆍ상실 및 기준소득월액에 관한 확인을 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
The National Pension Service shall confirm the acquisition and loss of qualification of subscribers and their standard monthly income. <Amended by Act No. 13719, May 29, 2016>
가입자 자격의 취득 및 상실은 제11조부터 제13조까지의 규정에 따른 자격의 취득 및 상실 시기에 그 효력이 생긴다. <개정 2016.5.29>
The acquisition and loss of subscriber qualification shall take effect at the time of acquisition and loss of qualification pursuant to Articles 11 through 13. <Amended by Act No. 13719, May 29, 2016>
제1항에 따른 확인은 가입자의 청구, 제21조에 따른 신고 또는 직권으로 한다.
The confirmation under paragraph ① shall be made upon the subscriber's request, by a report pursuant to Article 21, or ex officio.
가입자 또는 가입자였던 자는 언제든지 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자격의 취득ㆍ상실, 가입자 종류의 변동 및 기준소득월액의 변동에 관한 확인을 청구할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2016.5.29>
A subscriber or a former subscriber may, at any time, request confirmation of the acquisition and loss of qualification, changes in subscriber type, and changes in standard monthly income, as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 8860, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010; Act No. 13719, May 29, 2016>
