Translation
①
이사장은 공단을 대표하고, 공단의 업무를 통할(統轄)한다.
The Chairperson shall represent the Corporation and supervise the business of the Corporation.
②
상임이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단의 업무를 분장하고, 이사장에게 사고가 있을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 순위에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.
Standing Directors shall, as stipulated by the Articles of Incorporation, divide the duties of the Corporation and shall act on behalf of the Chairperson in case of accident, in order of precedence as stipulated by the Articles of Incorporation.

감사는 공단의 회계, 업무 집행 상황 및 재산 상황을 감사(監査)한다.
Auditors shall audit the accounts, the execution of business, and the financial status of the Corporation.
