제37조(임직원의 겸직 제한) 공단의 이사장ㆍ상임이사ㆍ감사 및 직원은 영리를 목적으로 하는 업무에 종사하지 못하며, 이사장ㆍ상임이사 및 감사는 보건복지부장관의, 직원은 이사장의 허가 없이 다른 직무를 겸할 수 없다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
Translation
The President, full-time directors, auditors, and employees of the Corporation shall not engage in business for profit. The President, full-time directors, and auditors shall not concurrently hold any other position without the permission of the Minister of Health and Welfare, and employees shall not concurrently hold any other position without the permission of the President. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
