①

국민연금사업에 관한 다음 사항을 심의하기 위하여 보건복지부에 국민연금심의위원회를 둔다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

  3. 3. 연금보험료에 관한 사항

  4. 4. 국민연금기금에 관한 사항

  5. 5. 그 밖에 국민연금제도의 운영과 관련하여 보건복지부장관이 회의에 부치는 사항

To deliberate on the following matters concerning the National Pension program, a National Pension Deliberation Committee shall be established in the Ministry of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29. 2008, Act No. 9956, Jan. 18. 2010> 1. Matters concerning the National Pension system and financial calculations 2. Matters concerning benefits 3. Matters concerning pension premiums 4. Matters concerning the National Pension Fund 5. Other matters that the Minister of Health and Welfare refers to the committee for deliberation in relation to the operation of the National Pension system

국민연금심의위원회는 위원장ㆍ부위원장 및 위원으로 구성하되, 위원장은 보건복지부차관이 되고, 부위원장은 공익을 대표하는 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하며, 위원은 다음 구분에 따라 보건복지부장관이 지명하거나 위촉한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18, 2018.12.11>

  1. 1. 사용자를 대표하는 위원으로서 사용자 단체가 추천하는 자 4명

  2. 2. 근로자를 대표하는 위원으로서 근로자 단체가 추천하는 자 4명

  3. 3. 지역가입자를 대표하는 위원으로서 다음의 자

    1. 가. 농어업인 단체가 추천하는 자 2명
    2. 나. 농어업인 단체 외의 자영자(自營者) 관련 단체가 추천하는 자 2명
    3. 다. 소비자단체와 시민단체가 추천하는 자 2명

  4. 4. 수급자를 대표하는 위원 4명

  5. 5. 공익을 대표하는 위원으로서 국민연금에 관한 전문가 5명

The National Pension Deliberation Committee shall consist of a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson, and members. The Vice Chairperson shall be elected by mutual election from among the members representing public interest, and the members shall be nominated or appointed by the Minister of Health and Welfare according to the following categories. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29. 2008, Act No. 9956, Jan. 18. 2010, Act No. 15971, Dec. 11. 2018> 1. Four members representing employers, nominated by employer organizations. 2. Four members representing workers, nominated by labor organizations. 3. Members representing self-employed individuals: a. Two members nominated by agricultural and fishery organizations. b. Two members nominated by organizations related to self-employed individuals other than agricultural and fishery organizations. c. Two members nominated by consumer organizations and civic organizations. 4. Four members representing beneficiaries. 5. Five members representing public interest, who are experts in the National Pension.

국민연금심의위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the National Pension Deliberation Committee shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
