수급권은 양도ㆍ압류하거나 담보로 제공할 수 없다. <개정 2016.5.29>
The right to receive benefits shall not be assigned, attached, or provided as collateral. <Amended by Act No. 14172, May 29, 2016>

수급권자에게 지급된 급여로서 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이하의 급여는 압류할 수 없다.
Benefits paid to a benefit recipient, up to the amount prescribed by Presidential Decree, shall not be subject to attachment.

급여수급전용계좌에 입금된 급여와 이에 관한 채권은 압류할 수 없다. <신설 2015.1.28>
