3. 초과소득월액(노령연금 수급권자의 소득월액에서 제51조제1항제1호에 따라 산정한 금액을 뺀 금액을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)이 200만원 이상 300만원 미만인 사람: 15만원 + (초과소득월액 - 200만원) × 1천분의 150
4. 초과소득월액이 300만원 이상 400만원 미만인 사람: 30만원 + (초과소득월액 - 300만원) × 1천분의 200
5. 초과소득월액이 400만원 이상인 사람: 50만원 + (초과소득월액 - 400만원) × 1천분의 250
Where a person who is eligible for an old-age pension under Article 61 engages in work with income as prescribed by Presidential Decree, during the period between the ages of 60 and under 65 (or between the ages of 55 and under 60 for workers in special occupations), the amount paid shall be the old-age pension amount under Article 62(2) and (4), Article 63, and Article 66(3) (excluding the dependent pension amount; hereinafter the same applies in this Article), minus the amount determined according to the following items. For a person whose excess income amount per month is not less than 4,000,000 won: 500,000 won + (excess income amount per month - 4,000,000 won) × 250/1000
