제90조의3 신용카드등으로 하는 연금보험료등의 납부

납부 의무자는 연금보험료, 연체금, 체납처분비, 그 밖의 징수금(이하 이 조에서 "연금보험료등"이라 한다)을 그 납부를 대행할 수 있도록 대통령령으로 정하는 기관 등(이하 이 조에서 "연금보험료등납부대행기관"이라 한다)을 통하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 이 조에서 "신용카드등"이라 한다)으로 납부할 수 있다. <개정 2017.3.21>
A person obligated to pay may pay pension insurance premiums, arrears, delinquent disposition costs, and other collected amounts (hereinafter referred to as "pension insurance premiums, etc." in this Article) by credit card, debit card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "credit card, etc." in this Article) through an institution, etc. designated by Presidential Decree as being able to process the payment of such pension insurance premiums, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "pension insurance premium payment agency" in this Article). <Amended Mar. 21, 2017>
신용카드등으로 연금보험료등을 납부하는 경우에는 연금보험료등납부대행기관의 승인일을 납부일로 본다.
When pension insurance premiums, etc. are paid by credit card, etc., the approval date by the pension insurance premium payment agency shall be considered the payment date.
연금보험료등납부대행기관은 납부 의무자로부터 연금보험료등의 납부를 대행하는 대가로 수수료를 받을 수 있다.

연금보험료등납부대행기관의 지정 및 운영과 수수료 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
