제95조의3 체납보험료의 분할납부

건강보험공단은 연금보험료를 2회 이상 체납한 지역가입자에 대하여 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부 승인을 할 수 있다.
The National Health Insurance Service may approve installment payments for regional subscribers who have defaulted on pension insurance premiums two or more times, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance.
건강보험공단은 연금보험료를 2회 이상 체납한 지역가입자에 대하여 제95조제4항에 따른 체납처분을 하기 전에 제1항에 따른 분할납부를 신청할 수 있음을 알리고, 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부 신청의 절차ㆍ방법 등에 관한 사항을 안내하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11>
The National Health Insurance Service shall inform regional subscribers who have defaulted on pension insurance premiums two or more times of their eligibility to apply for installment payments under Paragraph 1 before taking enforcement measures for arrears under Article 95, Paragraph 4, and shall provide guidance on matters related to the procedures and methods of applying for installment payments, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Newly Established 2018.12.11>
건강보험공단은 제1항에 따라 분할납부 승인을 받은 사람이 정당한 사유 없이 2회 이상 그 승인된 보험료를 납부하지 아니하면 분할납부의 승인을 취소한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
If a person who has received approval for installment payments under Paragraph 1 fails to pay the approved premiums two or more times without justifiable cause, the National Health Insurance Service shall revoke the approval for installment payments. <Amended 2018.12.11>
분할납부의 승인과 취소에 관한 절차ㆍ방법ㆍ기준 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
Matters necessary for the procedures, methods, and standards concerning the approval and revocation of installment payments shall be determined by the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Amended 2018.12.11>
