건강보험공단은 연금보험료의 납부 의무자가 납부 기한(제89조제5항에 따라 납부 기한을 연장한 경우에는 그 기한을 말한다) 까지 연금보험료를 내지 아니하면 그 납부 기한이 경과한 날부터 매 1일이 경과할 때마다 체납된 연금보험료의 1천500분의 1에 해당하는 금액을 가산한 연체금을 징수한다. 이 경우 연체금은 체납된 연금보험료의 1천분의 20을 초과하지 못한다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2015.6.22, 2020.1.21>
The National Health Insurance Service shall collect a late payment penalty, calculated as an amount equivalent to 1/1500 of the overdue pension insurance premium for each day that elapses after the payment deadline, from a person obligated to pay pension insurance premiums who fails to pay the pension insurance premiums by the payment deadline (referring to the extended deadline if the payment deadline has been extended pursuant to Article 89(5)). 건강보험공단은 연금보험료의 납부 의무자가 체납된 연금보험료를 내지 아니하면 납부 기한 후 30일이 경과한 날부터 매 1일이 경과할 때마다 체납된 연금보험료의 6천분의 1에 해당하는 연체금을 제1항에 따른 연체금에 가산하여 징수한다. 이 경우 연체금은 체납된 연금보험료의 1천분의 50을 초과하지 못한다. <개정 2009.5.21, 2015.6.22, 2020.1.21>
The National Health Insurance Service shall collect a late payment penalty equivalent to 1/6000 of the overdue pension insurance premiums for each day that elapses after 30 days have passed since the payment deadline, in addition to the late payment penalty under paragraph ①, from a person obligated to pay pension insurance premiums who fails to pay the overdue pension insurance premiums. 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 천재지변이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 연체금을 징수하지 아니할 수 있다 <개정 2009.5.21>
Notwithstanding paragraphs ① and ②, in cases of natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree, the late payment penalties under paragraphs ① and ② may not be collected. <Amended by Act No. 10143, May 21, 2009>
