  1. 1. 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 사망한 때

  2. 2. 본인이 노령연금을 받거나 제77조제1항에 따라 반환일시금을 받은 때

  3. 3. 제115조제1항에 따라 소멸시효가 완성된 때

The right to collect pension insurance premiums and arrears of local subscribers, voluntary subscribers, and voluntary continuing subscribers shall be extinguished when any of the following applies: 1. When the subscriber or former subscriber has died. 2. When the person has received old-age pension or a lump-sum refund payment under Article 77 (1). 3. When the statute of limitations has been completed under Article 115 (1).
