제25조 관계 기관 등의 협조

법무부장관은 국적업무 수행에 필요하면 관계 기관의 장이나 관련 단체의 장에게 자료 제출, 사실 조사, 신원 조회, 의견 제출 등의 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may request the head of a relevant agency or the head of a related organization to cooperate in submitting data, investigating facts, checking identity, or submitting opinions, as necessary for the performance of nationality affairs.
법무부장관은 국적업무를 수행하기 위하여 관계 기관의 장에게 다음 각 호의 정보 제공을 요청할 수 있다.
1. 범죄경력정보
2. 수사경력정보
3. 외국인의 범죄처분결과정보
4. 여권발급정보
5. 주민등록정보
6. 가족관계등록정보
7. 병적기록 등 병역관계정보
8. 납세증명서
The Minister of Justice may request the head of a relevant agency to provide the following information for the performance of nationality affairs: 1. Criminal record information 2. Investigation record information 3. Information on the results of criminal disposition of foreigners 4. Passport issuance information 5. Resident registration information 6. Family relationship registration information 7. Military service related information, such as military service records 8. Certificate of tax payment
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 협조 요청 또는 정보 제공 요청을 받은 관계 기관의 장이나 관련 단체의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
The head of a relevant agency or the head of a related organization that has received a request for cooperation or information provision under paragraphs ① and ② shall comply with the request unless there is a justifiable reason not to do so.
