Article 121 (Registration of Asbestos Removal/Demolition Business, etc.)
제121조 석면해체ㆍ제거업의 등록 등

석면해체ㆍ제거를 업으로 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 인력ㆍ시설 및 장비를 갖추어 고용노동부장관에게 등록하여야 한다.
A person intending to engage in the business of asbestos removal or demolition shall possess the personnel, facilities, and equipment prescribed by Presidential Decree and register with the Minister of Employment and Labor.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 등록한 자(이하 "석면해체ㆍ제거업자"라 한다)의 석면해체ㆍ제거작업의 안전성을 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평가하고 그 결과를 공개할 수 있다. 이 경우 평가의 기준ㆍ방법 및 결과의 공개에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may evaluate the safety of asbestos removal or demolition work by a person registered under Paragraph ① (hereinafter referred to as "asbestos removal/demolition business operator") according to the provisions of the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and make the results public. In this case, matters necessary for the standards and methods of evaluation and the disclosure of results shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
제1항에 따른 등록 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The registration procedures under Paragraph ① and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
석면해체ㆍ제거업자에 관하여는 제21조제4항 및 제5항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "안전관리전문기관 또는 보건관리전문기관"은 "석면해체ㆍ제거업자"로, "지정"은 "등록"으로 본다.
Article 21, Paragraphs ④ and ⑤ shall apply mutatis mutandis to asbestos removal/demolition business operators. In this case, "safety management specialized agency or health management specialized agency" shall be deemed as "asbestos removal/demolition business operator" and "designation" shall be deemed as "registration".
