고용노동부장관은 작업장의 유해인자로부터 근로자의 건강을 보호하고 작업환경관리방법 등에 관한 전문연구를 촉진하기 위하여 유해인자별ㆍ업종별 작업환경전문연구기관을 지정하여 예산의 범위에서 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may designate specialized research institutes for working environments, categorized by hazardous factors and business types, to promote specialized research on methods for managing the working environment and protecting the health of workers from hazardous factors in workplaces, and may provide necessary support within the budget.
제1항에 따른 유해인자별ㆍ업종별 작업환경전문연구기관의 지정기준, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall establish and announce the designation standards for specialized research institutes for working environments, categorized by hazardous factors and business types, and other necessary matters.
