Article 128 (Designation of Specialized Research Institutes for Working Environment)

고용노동부장관은 작업장의 유해인자로부터 근로자의 건강을 보호하고 작업환경관리방법 등에 관한 전문연구를 촉진하기 위하여 유해인자별ㆍ업종별 작업환경전문연구기관을 지정하여 예산의 범위에서 필요한 지원을 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may designate specialized research institutes for working environment by hazard factor and by industry, and provide necessary support within the scope of the budget in order to protect the health of workers from hazardous factors in workplaces and to promote specialized research on methods for managing the working environment, etc.
제1항에 따른 유해인자별ㆍ업종별 작업환경전문연구기관의 지정기준, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
The designation standards for specialized research institutes for working environment by hazard factor and by industry under paragraph ①, and other necessary matters shall be determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
