Article 13 (Standards Concerning Technology or Work Environment)
제13조 기술 또는 작업환경에 관한 표준

고용노동부장관은 산업재해 예방을 위하여 다음 각 호의 조치와 관련된 기술 또는 작업환경에 관한 표준을 정하여 사업주에게 지도ㆍ권고할 수 있다.
1. 제5조제2항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 같은 항에 따라 산업재해를 방지하기 위하여 하여야 할 조치
2. 제38조 및 제39조에 따라 사업주가 하여야 할 조치
The Minister of Employment and Labor may establish and recommend standards concerning technology or work environment related to the following measures to prevent industrial accidents, and provide guidance to employers. 1. Measures that a person falling under any subparagraph of Article 5(2) must take in order to prevent industrial accidents in accordance with the same paragraph 2. Measures that an employer must take in accordance with Articles 38 and 39.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따른 표준을 정할 때 필요하다고 인정하면 해당 분야별로 표준제정위원회를 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
If the Minister of Employment and Labor deems it necessary when establishing the standards under paragraph ①, he/she may establish and operate a Standards Committee for each respective field.
제2항에 따른 표준제정위원회의 구성ㆍ운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다.
The composition and operation of the Standards Committee under paragraph ②, and other necessary matters shall be determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor.
