제154조 등록의 취소 등

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 등록 또는 갱신등록을 한 경우
2. 업무정지 기간 중에 업무를 수행한 경우
3. 업무 관련 서류를 거짓으로 작성한 경우
4. 제142조에 따른 직무의 수행과정에서 고의 또는 과실로 인하여 중대재해가 발생한 경우
5. 제145조제3항제1호부터 제5호까지의 규정 중 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 경우
6. 제148조제2항에 따른 보증보험에 가입하지 아니하거나 그 밖에 필요한 조치를 하지 아니한 경우
7. 제150조제1항을 위반하거나 같은 조 제2항에 따른 기명ㆍ날인 또는 서명을 하지 아니한 경우
8. 제151조, 제153조제1항 또는 제162조를 위반한 경우
The Minister of Employment and Labor may revoke the registration of a guidance counselor or order a suspension of business for a period not exceeding 2 years if the guidance counselor falls under any of the following subparagraphs. However, in cases falling under subparagraphs 1 through 3, the registration shall be revoked. <Amended by Act No. 17250, Mar. 31, 2020> 1. When registration or renewal of registration is made through false or other fraudulent means 2. When business is performed during the period of business suspension 3. When business-related documents are falsely prepared 4. When a serious accident occurs due to intent or negligence in the course of performing duties under Article 142 5. When falling under any of the provisions of Article 145 (3) 1 through 5 6. When failing to subscribe to the guarantee insurance under Article 148 (2) or failing to take other necessary measures 7. When violating Article 150 (1) or failing to affix one's name and seal or sign as per Article 150 (2) 8. When violating Article 151, Article 153 (1), or Article 162
