고용노동부장관은 제165조제2항에 따라 공단이 위탁받은 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 공단 소속 직원에게 사업장에 출입하여 산업재해 예방에 필요한 검사 및 지도 등을 하게 하거나, 역학조사를 위하여 필요한 경우 관계자에게 질문하거나 필요한 서류의 제출을 요구하게 할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, when deemed necessary for the performance of the duties entrusted to the Corporation under Article 165 (2), have employees of the Corporation enter workplaces to conduct inspections and guidance necessary for the prevention of industrial accidents, or may have them question related persons or request the submission of necessary documents when deemed necessary for epidemiological investigations.
제1항에 따라 공단 소속 직원이 검사 또는 지도업무 등을 하였을 때에는 그 결과를 고용노동부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
When employees of the Corporation conduct inspections or guidance duties, etc. under paragraph ①, they shall report the results to the Minister of Employment and Labor.
공단 소속 직원이 제1항에 따라 사업장에 출입하는 경우에는 제155조제4항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "근로감독관"은 "공단 소속 직원"으로 본다.
When employees of the Corporation enter a workplace under paragraph ①, Article 155 (4) shall apply mutatis mutandis. In this case, "labor inspector" shall be deemed as "employee of the Corporation."
