제16조 관리감독자

사업주는 사업장의 생산과 관련되는 업무와 그 소속 직원을 직접 지휘ㆍ감독하는 직위에 있는 사람(이하 "관리감독자"라 한다)에게 산업 안전 및 보건에 관한 업무로서 대통령령으로 정하는 업무를 수행하도록 하여야 한다.
The employer shall ensure that a person in a position to directly direct and supervise work related to production at the workplace and the employees thereof (hereinafter referred to as "supervisor") performs duties concerning industrial safety and health as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
관리감독자가 있는 경우에는 「건설기술 진흥법」 제64조제1항제2호에 따른 안전관리책임자 및 같은 항 제3호에 따른 안전관리담당자를 각각 둔 것으로 본다.
Where there are supervisors, the safety management representative referred to in Article 64(1) Subparagraph 2 of the 「Act on Promotion of Construction Technology」 and the safety management officer referred to in the same Article, Subparagraph 3 shall be deemed to have been appointed, respectively.
