제168조 벌칙

1. 제38조제1항부터 제3항까지(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제39조제1항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제51조(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제54조제1항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제117조제1항, 제118조제1항, 제122조제1항 또는 제157조제3항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반한 자
2. 제42조제4항 후단, 제53조제3항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다), 제55조제1항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)ㆍ제2항(제166조의2에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제118조제5항에 따른 명령을 위반한 자
Any person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 5 years or by a fine not exceeding 50 million won. <Amended by Act No. 17246, Mar. 31, 2020, Act No. 17347, Jun. 9, 2020> 1. A person who violates Article 38 (1) through (3) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), Article 39 (1) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), Article 51 (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), Article 54 (1) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), Article 117 (1), Article 118 (1), Article 122 (1), or Article 157 (3) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)) 2. A person who violates an order pursuant to the latter part of Article 42 (4), Article 53 (3) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), Article 55 (1) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)) or (2) (including cases applied mutatis mutandis by Article 166 (2)), or Article 118 (5).
