고용노동부장관은 제84조에 따른 안전인증 업무 및 확인 업무를 위탁받아 수행할 기관을 안전인증기관으로 지정할 수 있다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may designate an institution that is to be entrusted with and perform the safety certification and verification duties under Article 84 as a safety certification agency.
제1항에 따라 안전인증기관으로 지정받으려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 인력ㆍ시설 및 장비 등의 요건을 갖추어 고용노동부장관에게 신청하여야 한다.
A person who intends to be designated as a safety certification agency pursuant to Paragraph ① shall apply to the Minister of Employment and Labor after meeting the requirements for personnel, facilities, and equipment, etc., as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
고용노동부장관은 제1항에 따라 지정받은 안전인증기관(이하 "안전인증기관"이라 한다)에 대하여 평가하고 그 결과를 공개할 수 있다. 이 경우 평가의 기준ㆍ방법 및 결과의 공개에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The Minister of Employment and Labor may evaluate the safety certification agencies designated pursuant to Paragraph ① (hereinafter referred to as "safety certification agencies") and disclose the results. In this case, the standards and methods for evaluation and the matters necessary for the disclosure of the results shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
안전인증기관의 지정 신청 절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
The application procedure for designation of a safety certification agency, and other necessary matters shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
안전인증기관에 관하여는 제21조제4항 및 제5항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "안전관리전문기관 또는 보건관리전문기관"은 "안전인증기관"으로 본다.
Articles 21, Paragraph 4 and Paragraph 5 shall apply mutatis mutandis to safety certification agencies. In this case, "safety management expert agency or health management expert agency" shall be deemed as "safety certification agency."
