Article 35-4 (Management and Support of Personal Information Transfer)
제35조의4 개인정보 전송 관리 및 지원

보호위원회는 제35조의2제1항 및 제2항에 따른 개인정보처리자 및 제35조의3제1항에 따른 개인정보관리 전문기관 현황, 활용내역 및 관리실태 등을 체계적으로 관리ㆍ감독하여야 한다.
The Protection Committee shall systematically manage and supervise the status, utilization details, and management conditions of personal information controllers under Article 35-2 (1) and (2) and specialized personal information management institutions under Article 35-3 (1).
보호위원회는 개인정보가 안전하고 효율적으로 전송될 수 있도록 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 개인정보 전송 지원 플랫폼을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
1. 개인정보관리 전문기관 현황 및 전송 가능한 개인정보 항목 목록
2. 정보주체의 개인정보 전송 요구ㆍ철회 내역
3. 개인정보의 전송 이력 관리 등 지원 기능
4. 그 밖에 개인정보 전송을 위하여 필요한 사항
The Protection Committee may establish and operate a personal information transfer support platform, including the following matters, to ensure the safe and efficient transfer of personal information. 1. Status of specialized personal information management institutions and a list of personal information items that can be transferred 2. Records of data subject's requests and withdrawals of personal information transfer 3. Support functions such as management of personal information transfer history 4. Other matters necessary for personal information transfer
보호위원회는 제2항에 따른 개인정보 전송지원 플랫폼의 효율적 운영을 위하여 개인정보관리 전문기관에서 구축ㆍ운영하고 있는 전송 시스템을 상호 연계하거나 통합할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 해당 개인정보관리 전문기관과 사전에 협의하여야 한다.
The Protection Committee may interconnect or integrate transfer systems established and operated by specialized personal information management institutions for the efficient operation of the personal information transfer support platform under paragraph (2). In this case, it shall consult in advance with the head of the relevant central administrative agency and the relevant specialized personal information management institution.
제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 관리ㆍ감독과 개인정보 전송지원 플랫폼의 구축 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the management and supervision under paragraphs (1) through (3) and the establishment and operation of the personal information transfer support platform shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
