분쟁조정위원회는 제43조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정 신청을 받았을 때에는 해당 분쟁의 조정을 위하여 필요한 자료를 분쟁당사자에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 분쟁당사자는 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
When the Dispute Mediation Committee receives an application for dispute mediation pursuant to Article 43 (1), it may request the parties to the dispute to submit necessary data for the mediation of the relevant dispute. In this case, the parties to the dispute shall comply with the request unless there is a justifiable reason.
분쟁조정위원회는 분쟁의 조정을 위하여 사실 확인이 필요한 경우에는 분쟁조정위원회의 위원 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 사무기구의 소속 공무원으로 하여금 사건과 관련된 장소에 출입하여 관련 자료를 조사하거나 열람하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 분쟁당사자는 해당 조사ㆍ열람을 거부할 정당한 사유가 있을 때에는 그 사유를 소명하고 조사ㆍ열람에 따르지 아니할 수 있다. <신설 2023.3.14>
When fact-finding is necessary for the mediation of a dispute, the Dispute Mediation Committee may have members of the Dispute Mediation Committee or public officials belonging to an administrative organization prescribed by Presidential Decree enter the relevant place to investigate or inspect related data. In this case, the parties to the dispute may refuse such investigation or inspection if there is a justifiable reason, by explaining the reason and not complying with the investigation or inspection. <Newly enacted on March 14, 2023.>
제2항에 따른 조사ㆍ열람을 하는 위원 또는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다. <신설 2023.3.14>

분쟁조정위원회는 분쟁의 조정을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 관계 기관 등에 자료 또는 의견의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2023.3.14>
When the Dispute Mediation Committee deems it necessary for the mediation of a dispute, it may request necessary cooperation, such as submission of data or opinions, from related agencies, etc. <Newly enacted on March 14, 2023.>
분쟁조정위원회는 필요하다고 인정하면 분쟁당사자나 참고인을 위원회에 출석하도록 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.14>
