제67조 연차보고

보호위원회는 관계 기관 등으로부터 필요한 자료를 제출받아 매년 개인정보 보호시책의 수립 및 시행에 관한 보고서를 작성하여 정기국회 개회 전까지 국회에 제출(정보통신망에 의한 제출을 포함한다)하여야 한다.
The Protection Committee shall prepare a report on the establishment and implementation of personal information protection policies and submit it to the National Assembly (including submission via information and communication networks) before the commencement of the regular session of the National Assembly, by receiving necessary data from relevant agencies, etc.
제1항에 따른 보고서에는 다음 각 호의 내용이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2016.3.29, 2023.3.14>
1. 정보주체의 권리침해 및 그 구제현황
2. 개인정보 처리에 관한 실태조사 및 개인정보 보호수준 평가 등의 결과
3. 개인정보 보호시책의 추진현황 및 실적
4. 개인정보 관련 해외의 입법 및 정책 동향
5. 주민등록번호 처리와 관련된 법률ㆍ대통령령ㆍ국회규칙ㆍ대법원규칙ㆍ헌법재판소규칙ㆍ중앙선거관리위원회규칙 및 감사원규칙의 제정ㆍ개정 현황
6. 그 밖에 개인정보 보호시책에 관하여 공개 또는 보고하여야 할 사항
The report under paragraph ① shall include the following: 1. Status of infringement of data subject's rights and their remedies 2. Results of surveys on the actual status of personal information processing and assessments of the level of personal information protection, etc. 3. Current status and performance of personal information protection policies 4. Overseas legislative and policy trends related to personal information 5. Status of enactment and amendment of laws, Presidential decrees, National Assembly rules, Supreme Court rules, Constitutional Court rules, National Election Commission rules, and Board of Audit and Inspection rules related to the processing of resident registration numbers 6. Other matters that should be disclosed or reported concerning personal information protection policies
