제21조 제재처분 등

1. 제11조에 따른 토지거래계약에 관한 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 토지거래계약 또는 그 변경계약을 체결한 자
2. 제11조에 따른 토지거래계약에 관한 허가를 받은 자가 그 토지를 허가받은 목적대로 이용하지 아니한 자
3. 부정한 방법으로 제11조에 따른 토지거래계약에 관한 허가를 받은 자
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Governor of a Special Metropolitan City, Metropolitan City, or Province, or the Mayor, County Governor, or Head of a District may revoke the permit under Article 11 or impose other necessary dispositions or order necessary measures upon a person falling under any of the following subparagraphs: 1. A person who has entered into a contract for land transaction or a contract for modification thereof without obtaining a permit or a permit for modification concerning the contract for land transaction under Article 11. 2. A person who has obtained a permit concerning the contract for land transaction under Article 11 but has not used the land for the purpose for which the permit was granted. 3. A person who has obtained a permit concerning the contract for land transaction under Article 11 by fraudulent means.
