제24조 부동산정책 관련 자료 등 종합관리

국토교통부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 적절한 부동산정책의 수립 및 시행을 위하여 부동산 거래상황, 주택 임대차 계약상황, 외국인 부동산 취득현황, 부동산 가격 동향 등 이 법에 규정된 사항에 관한 정보를 종합적으로 관리하고, 이를 관련 기관ㆍ단체 등에 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2020.8.18>
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or the head of a city, county, or district may comprehensively manage information on matters stipulated in this Act, such as real estate transaction status, housing lease contract status, status of foreign acquisition of real estate, and real estate price trends, for the establishment and implementation of appropriate real estate policies, and may provide such information to related agencies, organizations, etc. <Amended by Act No. 17508, Aug. 18, 2020>
국토교통부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 정보의 관리를 위하여 관계 행정기관이나 그 밖에 필요한 기관에 필요한 자료를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 행정기관 등은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport or the head of a city, county, or district may request necessary data from related administrative agencies or other necessary agencies for the management of information under paragraph ①. In this case, the related administrative agencies, etc., shall comply with the request unless there is a special reason.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 정보의 관리ㆍ제공 및 자료요청은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라야 한다.
The management and provision of information and the request for data under paragraphs ① and ② shall be in accordance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」.
