제26조 벌칙

부당하게 재물이나 재산상 이득을 취득하거나 제3자로 하여금 이를 취득하게 할 목적으로 제4조제4호 또는 제5호를 위반하여 거짓으로 제3조 또는 제3조의2에 따라 신고한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2023.4.18>
Any person who, for the purpose of unfairly acquiring property or economic benefits, or causing a third party to acquire them, violates Article 4, subparagraph 4 or 5, and falsely reports under Article 3 or Article 3-2, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine not exceeding 30 million won. <Newly Enacted by Act No. 17966, Apr. 18, 2023>
제9조제1항에 따른 허가를 받지 아니하고 토지취득계약을 체결하거나 부정한 방법으로 허가를 받아 토지취득계약을 체결한 외국인등은 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2023.4.18>
Aliens, etc. who enter into a contract for land acquisition without obtaining permission under Article 9 (1), or enter into a contract for land acquisition after obtaining permission by fraudulent means, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two years or a fine not exceeding 20 million won. <Amended by Act No. 17966, Apr. 18, 2023>
제11조제1항에 따른 허가 또는 변경허가를 받지 아니하고 토지거래계약을 체결하거나, 속임수나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 토지거래계약 허가를 받은 자는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 계약 체결 당시의 개별공시지가에 따른 해당 토지가격의 100분의 30에 해당하는 금액 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2023.4.18>
Any person who enters into a contract for land transaction without obtaining permission or amended permission under Article 11 (1), or obtains permission for a land transaction contract by deceit or other fraudulent means, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than two years or a fine not exceeding 30 percent of the price of the land determined by the individual official land price at the time of contract conclusion. <Amended by Act No. 17966, Apr. 18, 2023>
제21조에 따른 허가 취소, 처분 또는 조치명령을 위반한 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2023.4.18>
Any person who violates the revocation of permission, disposition, or order for measures under Article 21 shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine not exceeding 10 million won. <Amended by Act No. 17966, Apr. 18, 2023>
